Meet the Team

Jason Kay is the director of H2MO Limited. Jason’s key role within the business is to maintain compliance for our Landlords, clients and to drive business growth.

Melissa Kay is the Lettings Manager of H2MO Limited. Melissa’s main role within the business is to ensure the company delivers an effective lettings management and maintain tenant relationship.

Lucie Worley is the Lettings Apprentice at H2MO Limited. Lucie’s role within the business is to assist with making sure day to day business runs smoothly, helping with tasks from all departments. Before we know it, Lucie will be a qualified Letting Agent, advancing her role within H2MO.

Scott Fennell is the HMO Co Ordinator for H2MO Limited. Scott’s role within the business is to manage repairs and ensure all of our managed properties are fully compliant and kept in excellent repair. Scott is a key part of the team and helps keep up the standard of the works completed by our maintenance team. Scott is also a qualified fire door inspector.
