All homes are checked for Gas and Electrical safety, as well as inspected as part of the Landlords HHSRS and Fitness for Human Habitation obligations for your peace of mind.
All of our properties are given strict safety tests before you move in, ensuring peace of mind about your new home. Strict accreditation checks are carried out on all tradespeople and contractors instructed by H2MO, who have to carry all current and relevant certifications and public liability insurance too, for your peace of mind.
A holding deposit will be required to secure any property and start the referencing process. This deposit is used towards your first month’s rent.
Should you withdraw your application after it has started or do not provide us with critical information such as credit history issues, this deposit is non-refundable.
Here’s a quick heads-up on the move-in costs for our rooms:

One month’s rent plus a 5-week deposit.

One month’s rent, £250 deposit, and a UK homeowner guarantor*.

If you pass full referencing with Homelet we may be able to offer you a Flatfair no deposit option which costs around £150.

If you do not have a source of income from employment and you are not a student at the university you must have 5 weeks as deposit plus a UK Homeowner guarantor.
